Hunter: Book 1 of the Cantina Archives by Jeremy Scharmann
A hunter being hunted results in mayhem usually.
When the said hunter is a smooth talker, calm thinker and
risk taker like Carth Contarus then what you have in front of you is an
unpredictable adventure.
In Hunter: Book 1 of
the Cantina Archives author Jeremy
Scharmann has created a character so harsh yet beguiling that you can’t
help but feel drawn to be on his side.
Carth is a Drazinian mercenary who is being hunted by the
very people he hunted for. A ‘legendary’ hunter now pushed to ignominy. A man
who will not and cannot be pushed around too much. A mercenary who barters a
deal from death itself, so to speak .Life in return for a gemstone that is
rumoured to be the heart of the galaxy.
Can Carth find the gemstone that is the soul of Grythos?
Will he be able to escape death?
This short story keeps you on edge, whetting your appetite
to know more about Carth and his macabre journey across the galaxy.
Will definitely keep you (as it did me) wanting to read more
in the Cantina Archives series.
Hope you liked my fair
and honest review.
Happy Reading☺
